We’re proud to announce the addition of Jay Bachtel, Calvin Campbell, Kevin Rodgerson, and Ty Williams to the Skillman team. Take a minute and get to know this fine group of employees, and we’re sure you’ll see why we hired them.

Jay Bachtel, Site Manager 

Jay joins Skillman with over two decades of experience as a project manager, consultant, and site manager. His background in handling multi-million dollar projects makes him right at home at Skillman, and he prides himself on his ability to consistently bring projects to completion on time and within budget.

Kevin Rodgerson, Site Manager

Kevin is a talented, results-oriented professional with eleven years of commercial construction supervision. His strong leadership skills give him the ability to coordinate trades and build positive rapport with architects, owners, and all levels of construction personnel.

Ty Williams, Project Engineer

Since graduating from Ball State University with a B.S. in Construction Management, Ty has worked on a variety of projects across the field of commercial real estate, including hospitals and multi-family residential buildings. In his previous role, he helped set a McDonald’s record for the complete teardown and rebuild of a new store.

Calvin Campbell, Site Manager 

Calvin has over three decades of construction experience for clients across Indiana and Ohio. He has served as project manager and project superintendent for educational, correctional, industrial, and commercial projects and facilities.
