The Skillman Corporation was founded in 1972 as a Professional Project Administration and Agency Construction Management firm that would devote 100 percent of its time and energy to representing the Owner’s Interests during the Design and Construction of their individual projects. Our staff of 90+ employees services clients from offices in Indianapolis, Indiana; Merrillville, Indiana; and Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Throughout our 50-year history, public projects have been at the core of The Skillman Corporation’s experiences. The Skillman Corporation has completed over 800 projects, across 4 states with over 90 different design firms. We have worked with a diversity of funding programs and have experience with different state agencies; with a working knowledge of their regulations, requirements, and reporting procedures.
